How the portal works

1. Registration — You register via an invitation received by email. After registration, add your children to your profile.
2. Event sign-up — In the Events section, select an event and check the children you want to register. If parent participation is allowed, you can also register yourself. You will receive a confirmation email.
3. Capacity — Each event has a limited capacity. If the event is full and allows a waitlist, you will be placed on the waiting list.
4. Managing registrations — In My Registrations you can see the status of your sign-ups. You can unregister individual children or cancel the entire registration.

Cancellation policy

• You can cancel your registration until the registration deadline shown for each event.
• After the deadline, online cancellation is not possible — please contact us directly.
• No-show without prior notice is recorded as an incident and may lead to a card change (see Rules).

General terms

• By registering on the portal, you agree to the terms of participation in OPU.cz events.
• Payment of any fees according to the event details.
• Respect the instructions of the organizers during the event.
• The parent/legal guardian is responsible for their child throughout the event unless stated otherwise.
• The organizer reserves the right to cancel or change the program. You will be notified by email.
